Banana and Vanilla Smoothie

One of those classic all time favourite smoothie recipes adapted to make it relevant to the lifestyle your trying to live. Best thing about this recipe? we only use whole foods to flavour our protein so you know there isn't any extracts going on here!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ Ripe bananas (peeled and frozen is ideal)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp CleanPaleo Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Blend until mixed well and is the consistency that you like best :)
