This is actually amazing - takes a bit of time but well worth a crack!
- 1½ Ripe bananas (pealed and frozen is ideal)
- ½ cup ice
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 2 tbsp CleanPaleo Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg – freshly grated or dry
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2-3 walnuts
Use a high powered blender until its Whizzed to perfection!
