Carrot Cake Smoothie

This is actually amazing - takes a bit of time but well worth a crack! 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ Ripe bananas (pealed and frozen is ideal)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 2 tbsp CleanPaleo Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg – freshly grated or dry
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 walnuts

Use a high powered blender until its Whizzed to perfection!
