
Looking for a tasty protein filled snack to pop into your lunch box? These vanilla protein balls are quick and easy to make and can be frozen for the week. PS: We won't tell if you don't want to share 😁
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup cashew nuts
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 heaped Tbsp of Native Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor or high powered blender, blend all of the dry ingredients into a powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until combined.

Roll the mixture into balls and leave in the fridge or freezer to set for an hour.

These balls are best served at fridge or freezer temperature.
Makes approximately 10 balls
