
Honestly, how hard is it to find healthy snack bars that aren't filled with sugar? 🤷 Why not give these homemade apricot protein snack bars a shot. We promise they'll take less than 20 minutes to make and will be perfect for the kid's lunchbox or as an after-school snack. 🙌
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of almonds
½ cup cashew nuts
½ cup organic dried apricots
2 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp of Native Vanilla Protein Powder
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor or high powered blender, blend all of the dry ingredients into a powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined container or loaf tin. Leave in the freezer to set for an hour before slicing.
- These bars are best served at fridge or freezer temperature.
Makes approximately 6 large bars
