Paleo protein pancakes anyone? 🙋
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 Tbsp Native Vanilla Protein Powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- Use a ¼ cup of the mixture per pancake. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
- Serve with mixed berries and coconut yoghurt.
