Banana & Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Paleo protein pancakes anyone? 🙋

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 Tbsp Native Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  3. Use a ¼ cup of the mixture per pancake. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with mixed berries and coconut yoghurt.
